Horrible customer service, took multiple calls and going in to get a prescription sent to my pharmacy. Refuse to refill prescriptions however there are reasons and details to not need to pay hundreds of dollars to be seen without refilling that said prescription. Can’t get a call back from nurses doctor or anyone. Going to run out of my meds and they won’t communicate. Good thing it’s not a life or death medication. I get more communication from my dogs vet clinic.

Let’s also talk about walking in and asking who I was speaking with since I talked to 10 people over the course of a week, and the ladies response was “excuse me who are YOU?”

First appointment I waited an hour and a half after my scheduled appointment to be seen.

And the second appointment I sat unseen for over half an hour without communication.

Save yourself the hassle and find a different doctor and doctor office who actually have their patients well-being in mind.

don't worry nobody ever called back to follow up after the multiple requests. i paid my bill in full, but they went and charged double the amount after the bill was paid in full. and after sitting on the phone to get it fixed, they let me know i'll get a paper check as a refund in 6-9 weeks.

this entire facility is unreal, and DOES NOT care about patients AT ALL.

Just when I thought I would never trust another Primary Care, and I am a senior so have seen quite a few over the years. I have been seeing Dr. Tewes over 2 years now. He is Awesome! He is kind and caring. A doctor who actually listens and patiently addresses your issues. From my first visit my next routine visit has been scheduled. I feel my life will be extended due to his excellent care. His staff is very caring too.

This review cannot be about Dr. Tewes for I never got the chance to meet him. But it is with his lack of good scheduling: I tried to make an appointment in January and they booked me for May (first open slot). They called me late February saying there was a scheduling mistake and we had to move the appointment... to August!

If for you a busy doctor means he's good, good luck setting anything up.

For me it means if he is ever needed, he cannot be counted on.

I have been to see Dr. Tewes twice and he was very kind and professional on both occasions. My second time in his office I got a horrible migraine out of no where. He and his staff acted quickly getting me the medication that I needed and allowing me to lay down in a dark room for 30 minutes before I was able to leave. They have a great team!

He is the worse doctor he makes you to refill and takes forever for everything and this office has very bad customer service they all talk over you when you are trying to talk this office should close me my will never go back to this doctor because he sucks and this office should close because they suck

I have been a patient of Dr. Tewes for many years. He has been the best doctor I have ever had. He has always been patient, kind, and caring. Dr. Tewes is so attentive and always lets makes me feel like I matter.
If you want a doctor that always puts your need first, he is your guy!!

Have been with Dr Tewes for a long time. Had an emergency and called 4 times in 2 days without anyone calling me back. After over 10 years, I will be finding a new Primary Care Dr. I don't believe it is Dr Tewes personally but the staff at the new provider is worthless and I wouldn't recommend them to ANYONE
