We ordered one box each of Kesar Mangoes and Alfonso from Frische Mangos. I must say, we had the best mangoes here in Germany. No compromise with the taste and sweetness. The best quality were sent. Thank you very much. Keep up the good work and please continue to serve the best Indian mangoes to all those who love this amazing fruit.
I personally enjoyed savouring them thoroughly.

Received my order. It was quick and very well packed. Mangoes are sorted very well. Tasted Kesari - its really nice and of good quality. They remembered my complaint from last season and replaced me as well, even without me mentioning it to them. Highly satisfied with their Customer Service. Keep it up.

I had a really bad experience with Frische Mangos. I ordered Kesar and Aphonso mangoes. There website mentions quantiy of mangos and not the weight and I had ordered 6 of each. I received a box of 3 kesar mangos and another variety with a very low grade mango. I immediately contacted them through there website chat and also email option but I only got a response a day later. I mentioned them about my problem but I continue to get unclear response. First response was they mentioned they had sent wrong variety of mango by mistake. They promised to send me the remainder of mangos. I mentioned them again that I had only recieved 3 mangos of Kesar variety and the response was they provide on the basis of weight and not quantity. This is contrary to there website which mentions orders in quantity. After this report they sent me 6 mangos of kesar quality all of them turned out to be not good. I still have three missing mangos of Alphonso variety which I tried to mention them on chat but since 2 days I havent got a single response. I am highly dissatisfied with the responses they have on there chat service and also the quality of mangos sent. I will make sure that I never recommend this to anyone in the future which I did last year after my wonderful experience with them. Unfortunately I dont like to write negative feedback but after trying to followup for 3 days I thought of putting what I feel in words on the review page. Hoping no one else gets fooled by them again
