The worst place ever it is a waste of your money and time they do not value their customers they’re not gonna give you quality service and they’re gonna ask for their money before they even finish . Now you then paid your money and trust me your hairstyle is not gonna come out right you calling you complain about it because you have one day that you can let them know that things are wrong. Call them the next day and I didn’t get my hair refinished, right Four days later $240 and when I tell you, the hairstyle did not last a week, please don’t waste your money. Truly used to be a good place trash, just like everything else around them . I do not see how they got 3 1/2 stores. It shouldn’t even be one and a half Bid O. and don’t forget to check your head because sometimes they don’t put all the braids in they’ll leave a spot in your head that does not have any braids so just check before you get out of that chair if you don’t take my advice to go somewhere else

Customer service is wack ! I’ve been here 3 hours just for feed ins to the back while they steady take knotless customers with 2 people on each head!!!! Nobody apologize for the inconvenience

Very disappointed in my service. I have been here previously several months ago to receive Box braids and had no issues (Other than it taking over 5+ hours due to them stoping on your hair to work on others hair…) I came here to receive two strand twist and paid 280 + Tip. First issue is that they used two different hair colors in my head (in which i did not ask for and confirm with them they they where using the same color and they where not). Second issue due to having two different stylist work on my head the twist in the back after 4 days where already starting to come loose compared to the twist in the front. And all of this I was willing to put up with but the different hair they used in the back was causing my skin to breakout when I wore it down … (which didn’t happen till after 5 days due to me having it up in a bonnet )
I called to see if they could gave me four large feed in braids in replacement of the Twist causing my skin to break out and that I would take out the twist that they previously put in my head and even tip my stylist for there work. And they refuse. The quality of the style is self was not work the 280. An the fact that they did not care about their customers well-being or even willing to work with me was very distasteful. Spend your money somewhere else!!

I have been coming here for years and it’s not the same since Katy left the shop. These new people are horrible they leave you waiting then ask you to come back there are only 3 braiders in the shop. Worst service I have ever gotten from this shop I will not be back they have lost my business

This use to be a good place to get braids, nowadays the work have been seeing sloppy a time or two I had to get someone else to finish braiding a braid they forgot to finish. Seems like they intentionally braid your hair in knots. Braid extremely tight where that it’s bumping up and causing too much discomfort. And whatever that stuff is they use to start braiding matts your hair. Not to mention every style is $240 even though somebody else just came and paid $180 for same style. Very unorganized and that hair they use looks dull after1 week.

My daughter went to this shop last week to get braids for her nursing graduation which is a big accomplishment so of course she wanted everything to be perfect. Once starting she told them not to do the front so tight because she didn’t want her edges to be damaged. They told her they needed to do them a little tight per the type of braids she was getting. While braiding she noticed they were using a different brand of hair and she asked them was it the same color and they stated it was. Immediately after she was done and went outside it was clear the hair was different and extremely tight. They told her to give it a few days to loosen up. While allowing them to do so the hair broke her out with a terrible rash and the braids in the back were already slipping out. She contacted the shop for some type of Resolution ( which she told them she would remove the braids if they could just do 3-4 corn rows straight back just to have something done until she could figure out what she was doing going to do for graduation) they flat out told her no! We wasn’t looking for anything free, just a fix and we were willing to pay half price.We literally with tip just paid them $300 to get treated like trash. My advice is to NEVER go there. They are not willing to work with their customers outside their 3 day policy, which includes Sunday even though they are closed.

I called and made an appointment, and sent over a photo of the hairstyle that I was wanting to get. I was quoted a price and made an appointment. I showed up. It was very quickly greeted and put in a chair and was up and out of there within 2 hours. There was a slight discrepancy on the price as it was increased by $30 over what I had been quoted over the phone stating that my hair was long , but when I did show them a copy of the text and the conversation with the quote that I had received they very happily honored the original quote. I'm very pleased with my hairstyle, with the service the people everything was wonderful. I've gotten great compliments on my hair and I've been very happy to tell them and refer them where I got it done at.
