I meant to write this post way earlier, but I just wanted to say that Chrissy is an excellent team member. I went in on 09/29 and after expressing a concern over a scent they no longer carry in store, she recommended a few other scents with similar notes she thought I might like. She was very knowledgeable about the products and her tip to download the app and check to see if it may show up there was very helpful!
I ended up purchasing a scent I absolutely adore and now wear almost every day.

So a while ago they had a sale going on and they had a giant print/poster over a cologne section with a massive discount. There is zero other prices on that table. So anywho I grab one and go to the register and Lord behold it's not on sale. So I tell the worker that was on the the floor that this isn't on sale. He told me it was my responsibility to read the fine print on the bottom of the poster. Like are you serious? What it have been so hard to separate products that were not on sale and not have a massive poster right above it saying it is? I was kind of blown away about it was my responsibility to read fine print to buy cologne? I swear some of the service from some of your workers is beyond mediocre and I really can't comprehend how there's no brain power to separate products that are on sale then blame the customers. Ridiculous

Já saí do Brasil apaixonada pela loja! Localizada no Florida Mall em Orlando, a Bath and Body Works é um sonho de perfumaria. Uma loja grande, perfumada, colorida, com múltiplas opções de fragrâncias, promoções de leve 3 pague 2, escolhi o "At the beach", fragrância leve e deliciosa, com notas de sal que lembram maresia, deveria ter trazido dois! Maravihoso! "Magic in the air", fragrância mais doce mas unicamente perfeita! E o "Snowy Morning", floral frutal bem fresco, perfeito. As embalagens tem glitter colado, uma verdadeira obra de arte! Comprei também um sabonete líquido para o rosto, fragrância de cupcake de abóbora, (essas fragrâncias aparecem mais na época do outono americano entre setembro e outubro, e são perfeitas, cheirinho doce, diferente de tudo o que já vi aqui no Brasil, e ainda já sai em forma de espuma, um mimo! Para fechar minhas compras, comprei uma vela de 25 dólares, mas valeu a pena, ela é pesada e linda, de waffles de noz pecã, deixa o quarto todo perfumado, e nem precisa estar acesa, quando acesa o ambiente vai a outro nível, cheiro de casa nova! Amei a loja, é a que mais tenho saudades!
