We recently took the BB Tea Time Bus Tour, and it was a delightful experience overall! The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it the perfect way to spend a bit chili afternoon while seeing all the sites.The staff were absolutely wonderful—friendly and attentive, they made sure we felt welcomed and taken care of throughout the tour. The selection of food was good, with a variety of tasty treats to enjoy with our tea. However, I did wish there were more child-friendly options for our 6-year-old. While the offerings were delicious, it would have been great to see some simpler snacks or treats that kids typically enjoy. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely recommend it for adults and families.

A great trip. We had a wonderful time doing the Gin and Tonic afternoon tea tour. Food was great, drinks were tasty, tho on the large side, the 3rd drink was to go in a coronation beaker (there are no toilets on the bus and a number of people headed straightto pub opposite once we arrived back). Music was great, too loud to for chat, but a great atmosphere.

We went on the Peppa Pig afternoon tea bus tour. It was excellent! The food was amazing and the staff were polite and very helpful. While it's expensive for a family, it was worth it as a very special birthday treat. Thank you B Bakery!

I'm so disappointed, the tour was a disaster, weather was hot and inside was feels like you was in the oven, so hot and uncomfortable.
The first bad thing was waiting for more than 25 minutes outside of the Scotland Yard, a lady from the tour came to pick-up a group for the jubilee tour and me and the rest we had wait for someone to came to pick-up the Wimbledon group, nobody came, the tour supposed to start at 12:00 o'clock, we wait for more than 25 minutes then I decided to walk towards to the bus and I spoke with a young lady and I explained the situation, she told me, we are waiting for you for a long time, I told her, you colleague told me and the rest of the group we have to wait outside of the Scotland Yard, she said oh! can you tell the group they have to come here because we can't park the bus there coz the traffic, and we have to go, we are in a rush because we was waiting for long time, so she was upset, i repeated is not my fault, then I called my daughter and I explained to her, she need to inform to the rest rest of the group they have to walk to the bus, everybody was upset.
The staff was so stressed about and to be honest I was upset about how the young lady, stressed me out, the driver was upset and I told him wasn't my fault to be late because I arrived at 11:15 and I was waiting outside of the Scotland Yard like the lady of the jubilee tour said.
The tour was awful, the driver was driving like a crazy.
Was hot very very hot, feel like you was in the oven, for the price they charge they should have air conditioning.
Food was OK but the atmosphere was stressful, wasn't nice at all.
I was so excited and then at the end I was so disappointed 😞
This tour was very disorganised with everything.
Was a shame.
I'm very disappointed, I had a bad experience and spent a lot, so I'm not recommended this tour at least you want to have a bad experience.

Une expérience vraiment magique à faire à Londres! Sillonner les rues dans un vieux bus londonien, tout en dégustant de très bons petits fours!
J'ai trouvé que la prestation vaut vraiment le prix. En comparant avec les bus pour touristes, le prix n'est pas si élevé et vous vivrez un moment très agréable en famille ou en amoureux.
N'hésitez pas à payer un supplément pour être placé à l'étage : vous n'en verrez que mieux les monuments.
Le personnel est très accueillant et aux petits soins durant tout le trajet. Le conducteur roule prudemment. Les mets sont fins et en quantité (vous pourrez repartir avec une box si vous n'avez pas tout terminé ! Et heureusement car c'est très copieux!). Les boissons sont à volonté et vous repartirez avec le joli thermos chez vous.
